Welcome to QBBA Webpage

Welcome to the Queensland Burmese Buddhist Association Webpage. It was first introduced and published at Connecting Queensland, then made possible to become www.qbba.org.au by enthusiastic QBBA members. This webpage will serve as the central point of communication for all Buddhists of Myanmar Ancestry and well wishers in Queensland.
Our Mission

We believe that our efforts will also help:

To stimulate thought, debate, discussion and exchange ideas on how we can collectively endeavor together to establish and maintain  the historical first ever Myanmar Buddhist Monastery in Brisbane

To organize various religious and cultural functions within the Buddhist members, Myanmar community and well wishers

To spread the news on our efforts to practice, propagate and perpetuate Theravada Buddhism all around the world

To provide information to everyone who desire to join us in our meritorious efforts

To bring our Myanmar community in Brisbane closer together in unity

Please join us to promote Buddhism within our community and in Australia as a whole by visiting us again here on the first ever Myanmar Buddhist Website created in Australia. If you like to give us any suggestion or feedback, please feel free to send us an email. Your comment is highly appreciated.
